In this example you can see that playing 3 coins can get you a better prize, as 800 x 2 = 1600 and 800 x 3 = 2400. This machine will pay you 2500 instead!
Slot Machines Strategies
Although a slot machine is a game of luck (like all other casino games), there’s some basic strategy that a lot of players use:
Decide what amount of money you want to spend. If you're not lucky don't try to change it by thinking 'next turn my prize will come'.
If you start with the lowest wager possible, you’ll play longer. The chance of hitting a big combination will be bigger.
Wager the maximum available coins. For example, a 5-coin machine will pay more when playing all five coins (see the slot machine’s pay table). If a machine pays 300 coins for 1, 600 for 2, 1200 for 3, 1800 for 4 and 2100 for 5, the payout is much higher when playing all five. Especially when you’re playing a progressive jackpot machine.
